7-Day Easy Size Exchange

We want you to feel effortlessly confident in every outfit. If the size is not ideal, you can initiate a 7-day exchange from the date your package arrives.

Exchange Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags and boutique packaging must be intact.
  • Sarees with unstitched blouse pieces must have the blouse fabric attached and uncut.

How to Request an Exchange

Simply message our WhatsApp concierge with your Order Number (e.g. SG-20260829-XXXX) and preferred replacement size. We will arrange reverse pickup assistance.
