1. Complimentary Shipping & Delivery Charges

We provide FREE express courier shipping across India on all orders of ₹1,999 and above. For orders below ₹1,999, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹99 is charged at checkout to cover insured packaging.

2. Order Dispatch Timelines

All ready-to-ship ethnic garments are dispatched from our Hyderabad atelier within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation. Custom altered or pre-ordered pieces may take an additional 3-5 days.

3. Courier Partners & Tracking

We partner with India's leading logistics providers (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC) with live tracking links shared via SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your shipment leaves our facility.
